Tanda is building feminist digital infrastructure in Kibera — combining resilient community networks, feminist training, and locally produced content to keep knowledge and communication alive during crises. We are looking for two team members to join us.

Eligibility criteria

  • This is a closed call — open only to individuals known to, or who have worked with or participated in Tanda spaces and projects
  • Applicants must be grounded in the community
  • No more than one application per individual at a time
  • Applications must be submitted in English
  • Tanda reserves the right not to evaluate applications produced mostly using AI tools

Existing trust networks are a strong asset for this role.



A community mapping report, baseline study, case study or story is ideal.
We are looking for approaches that go beyond surveys — think participatory mapping, visual tools, group conversations.
We need someone who can write clearly in both Swahili and English.
